What are your hours of operation?

We accept orders 7x24.

How long does it take to ship? 

The standard shipping would take 10-20 working days and may charge a bit for order value below $35 and Free of charge on value over $35.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through Shopify Payment which supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal

Do you accept returns?

Yes.

 Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

We offer shipping to alternate addresses for existing customers or verified customers only.  Unlike other online retailers, we do not strictly ship to billing addresses as long as you are able to verify your transaction.  A list of options on how do to so will be e-mailed after ordering, or you can contact us prior to ordering.
