30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at fifthgearparts@gmail.com. We will assess all the details of the return request and will get in touch if extra information needed.  A return shipping label will send to you once it's approved and you can also ship the item to our dispatch address, after we receive the returnd item we will start issuing refund.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please provide all the details requested in the email. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Peel off the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off to the nearest Post shop.  Or you can send the parcel to our warehouse directly once the returns is approved.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
